Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a very fun and competitive sport that has been around for a long time. To start, you want to make sure you are wearing clothes that are very stretchy and preferably tight, like a leotard. Before starting, you want to always make sure to stretch. Always accept your level and never do something you haven't learned!
Back Bend
This is a back bend. To do a back bend, arch backwards and place your hands on the floor behind you. straighten your legs and hold. make sure that your arms are completely locked.
Front Walkover
This is a front walkover. To do a front walkover, go into a handstand split. Put your dominate leg down and come forward. Land with one leg up and step forward.
Forward Roll
This is a forward roll. You have to make sure to not slam your feet down before standing up. Always keep your core tight, and have control.
Back Handspring
A back handspring is a very hard skill to master. While learning, you will want a back spot. Have a teacher or friend hold your back while in position B (as shown in picture). make sure you lock your arms so you don't collapse. Practice skill until mastered.
