Philosophy and Importance of Character

“If you can become the leader you ought to be on the inside, you will be able to become the person you want on the outside. People will want to follow you. And when that happens, you’ll be able to tackle anything in this world.”

--John Maxwell

As a leader, I am held by a high level of faith based integrity and the humility to value people around me. It has been my goal to balance and develop both the art and science of education in my practices. I have a strong desire to continue learning best practices, while developing the relationships with whom I am called to lead.

Professional Experience

I have had many experiences that have prepared me for transitioning into an administrative role. For the last twenty years I have been involved with activities professionally and personally that have been focused on children and education. I am passionate about being a positive role model for those around me, and look forward to many more years inspiring learners around me. One of my greatest opportunities will be in becoming an instructional leader for my school. While at the same time guiding the digital transformation and teacher evaluation process. There are many exciting opportunities on their way with the Common Core, technology, evaluation, developing facilities, and becoming the best school we can be!
