Constant Speed
if a car never speeds up or down, the car is traveling at a constant speed, if your traveling at a constant speed you can measure your speed over any distance interval.
changing speed
CHANGING speed is when you continue to speed up and down time after time in a riding sequence,
Instantaneous speed
instantaneous speed is the speed at a given point in time
