Arlene Yee - President & CEO of Sylvia Global Media Network
Mental illness is pervasive throughout every socioeconomic level and impacts the lives of all populations in every culture, race, rich or poor. In my practice as I hear the stories of my clients, I see how a person’s life can change course with just one encounter with a person taking the time to see what is inside, encouraging them, and believing in them. Women and girls around the world can be marginalized and invisible. Sylvia Global and Girls’ Fly provides an opportunity for them to be seen and heard and encouraged which can change the course of their lives and touch the lives around them.
