Transition Tuesday

A Parents Journey ~ Birth - 26

Bi-Weekly Tuesday's at 7:00 pm

Every year, students with special needs move from one type of program to another. They continue this path until they transition into adulthood. Although the transition is a typical part of our child’s life, it is stressful and worrisome for parents of children with disabilities. We will cover 0-26 in these FB Lives.

Join Misti and her son Mattew, every other Tuesday to hear tips, strategies, and resources to help your transition process.
