Message From Mr. Fay & Mrs. Henson
Happy June, Corgis!
Corgi students, staff, and parents...WE DID IT! We all made it through the challenge of learning from home. Bravo to each of us for our efforts to help make sure our students were learning and growing. Each of us played an important role in getting through it TOGETHER.
Be sure to do everything you can to enjoy your summer, you certainly earned it. Have fun, relax, learn something new, read a book, do that thing you love to do, do some math, and most importantly...spend time with your family.
The pride we take in Crossroads is immense and we hope you feel the same way. We thank you from the bottom of our heart!
Have a great summer!
Mr. Fay and Mrs. Henson
P.S. Please exercise your right and get out to vote tomorrow.

Little Free Library
Our Corgis, Alaire and Stella Palmer, built and opened up a Little Free Library on their very own street. They had the grand opening on Sunday, May 31. When the sisters were asked about why they built it, they said, "We just want people to be able to read!"
If you'd like to borrow any books or to donate, please search our school's zip code at this site:
https://littlefreelibrary.org/ourmap/. You will see their library, it is called: Alaire and Stella's Library.Way to go, Alaire and Stella! Your Crossroads family is very proud of your efforts!

PTA Update
THE 2020 CENSUS
New Boundaries Approved for 2020-2021 School Year
The Board of Education has approved new boundaries for the District's elementary, middle and high schools as presented by the Boundary Committee and MGT Consulting to accommodate continued enrollment growth and the new elementary school and the new high school currently under construction. The committee, which met five times from May through November, was comprised of parents, community members, staff members and a Board member.
The new elementary boundaries will go into effect for the 2020-2021 school year when the new elementary school being built on Interstate Drive in Wentzville is scheduled to open. The new middle school and high school boundaries will go into effect beginning in the 2021-2022 school year when the new high school being built near West Meyer Road and North Point Prairie Road in Wentzville is scheduled to open.
Please know that everyone involved in this process appreciates how very personal and significant this change is for some students and families. We respect that and we are confident that our caring staff will ensure a smooth transition for affected students and their families.
For additional details about the new boundaries and the process of developing them, please visit the District website.
