FALL BREAK - What are your plans?

Friday, October 9th has been declared a CAMPUS CLOSURE and SCHOOL CANCELLATION DAY due to the threat of inclement weather brought on by Hurricane Delta.

Monday, October 12th remains a CAMPUS CLOSURE and FALL BREAK HOLIDAY DAY.

That means students are going into a 4-day weekend - and as long as the storm brings minimal impact to our area - it's a great time to get fully caught up on missing assignments and ready to finish the 1st nine weeks STRONG! The grading period ends next Friday, October 16th.

Adults - Check PlusPortals to see your child's academic progress. Call us at (225) 615-7479 or email Ms. Furr at if you cannot access PlusPortals.

Students - email your teachers if you are having trouble locating an assignment on Google Classroom or if you need to schedule office hours next week to review work before submitting for credit or to schedule re-tests.

Community Prayer Vigil for Peace RESCHEDULED for October 23rd!

All students will report to campus next Wednesday, October 14th to take the required PSAT or SAT Test. Please bring sharpened number 2 pencils, a calculator, and a snack. Arrive by 7:45am and plan to be dismissed at 1:00pm. Our regular bus routes will run for hybrid students, and we will provide transportation for the remote students who have requested it.

When you arrive to campus, enter gates outside of the St. Francis Gathering Area (cafeteria) to get screened (temperature/symptom check) and wear a facemask! We will direct you straight to your socially-distanced testing room. Come ready to do your best!

SAT Boot Camp is Tuesday, October 13th. Please refer to instructions emailed to your school email address regarding the mandatory test prep event taking place instead of classes on Tuesday.
