The session will focus on development of rigorous lessons with effective reading, writing, and instructional strategies. Middle school teachers will participate in vertical and horizontal discussion regarding implementation of key vocabulary and spiral instruction.

Middle School Math Collaboration
September 26, 2018 - Arnall Middle School, 4:00 - 5:00
Grade level teams will work together to discuss the updated pacing guides at the first district-wide middle school math meeting. Deconstructing standards and spiraling will also be discussed and strategies shared. Participants are asked to bring their chromebooks to the session.

NEARPOD TRAINING
There will be a county-wide Nearpod training on September 27th at Werz from 4:00 to 5:00 (PLC). Come join all the content specialists as we provide a training session on how to use Nearpod in your classroom. This will include how to set it up, create lessons/activities, and implement it in your classroom. Please bring your chromebook. There is no cost to attend! *This is the first of the Instructional Technology Training sessions for this school year to be held on the last Thursday of each month. Register Here.
