3rd Amendment
Bill Of Rights: No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war,but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
Modern Day: Soldiers can not be put into your home, even if its in war or not, without the owner of the home saying its ok.

The 9th Amendment
Bill of Rights: The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Modern Day: There are other rights that may exist besides from the ones mentioned, and even though they are not listed, it does not mean they can be violated.
