Eat Healthy, Be Healthy
- Cooking spray
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole-wheat pastry flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup natural applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup lowfat buttermilk
- 1 Golden Delicious apple, peeled, cored and cut into 1/4-inch pieces
2 teaspoons light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 whole-wheat tortilla
1 large romaine lettuce leaf
3 slices lean roast beef

Roasted Turkey breast with Apple cider Gravy (dinner)

DRY RUB:

2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half
