Keeping Up With the Kingdom
Last Day of School
Dear Kedron Families,
Happy Last Day of School! I hope everyone had a great day at home. I am certainly sad we could not be together today, but do hope this finds everyone having fun in the sun! We hope to see everyone in their car ready to pick up items next week. The information is below.
Students will be allowed to begin picking up their items from school starting on Tuesday, May 26th. Here is the Schedule. Tables with student materials will be on the bus loop for parents to pick up at their grade level’s scheduled time. Students will receive all items from their desks, artwork, yearbook- if one was ordered, as well as any awards or belongings that they may have had in other classes.
Pick up will be a drive through model. You will drive up to your teacher’s table. A staff member wearing a mask and gloves will get the name of your student and hand you the bag with their belongings. It is very important to the safety of our staff that you stay in your car. Parents will need to come at additional times for children in other grade levels. We are unable to accommodate multi - grade level pickups at this time. Items that are not picked up will be available at the beginning of the school year.
You may still return library books, but we ask that you drive to the front loop to access the book drop. If your child is not returning next school year, please return their chromebook at the LEC between 10:00 to 2:00, Mon. - Fri.(VoTech parking lot). Please also email Janet Wiles, wiles.janet@mail.fcboe.org, so she can get the appropriate withdrawal paperwork to you. If you have any questions please contact your classroom teacher.
Also, If your child participated in the Six Flags Read to Succeed Program this year, the tickets were placed with your child's materials that will be ready for pick up Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday this week. Fourth Quarter report cards will be sent out via IC today at 4:00pm. If you have questions regarding report cards, please email your classroom teacher.
During the summer the best way to reach me is through email. If you need anything at all please don't hesitate to reach out! Happy Last Day of School!
With Thanks,
