Don't miss the chance to see your children's artwork from the 2019-20 school year displayed throughout Bell-Graham! Plan to attend the Art Fair & Ice Cream Social from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 16. One student from each grade will be selected to have a piece of art framed and kept on display in Bell-Graham's curated art exhibit from this spring through the child's graduation from B-G! Ice cream will be available for purchase, and beginning after school that same day, gently used books will be available for sale from 3-8pm! Funds raised from the ice cream and book sales will benefit our students through the PTO. From paying for field trips and classroom books and magazines to funding larger projects like the new sensory path, our PTO directly supports your students' experience at B-G. We hope to see you at the Art Fair! If you are interested in volunteering to prepare for the Art Fair or in helping the night of the show, please email Art Fair Co-Chair Lauren Dethloff at

Please consider donating good (or better) condition books to our Used Book Sale. It will take place the same night as the Art Show/Ice Cream Social, on Thursday April 16th. We will take board books, preschool books, all the way to young adults books. Please place in the bin outside of the office. Please contact Kristin Jessup at if you have any questions.

Looking forward to BG’s 20th Anniversary celebration, does anyone have a drone with photographic capabilities that they would be willing to operate for a special commemorative moment? Please contact Kris Marbutt at or Kelly Cameron at

Middle School Transfer Requests

Families who wish to submit Middle School Transfer requests may do so beginning February 3. The request form will be available on the District 303 website through February 28. Families must complete a separate form for each student they want transferred. Requests are granted based on space available so siblings are not guaranteed placement. A written decision will be communicated to families before spring break.

Once the request is approved, a student may remain at that middle school throughout his or her middle school career, as long as the student resides in District 303.

Families of students granted permission to attend a school outside of their assigned attendance are responsible for their own transportation.

Students will return to their assigned attendance area high school regardless of the middle school attended.
