From The Principal
I was so proud of our step team, choir, and 6th grade class with their performance at the Black History Program. They worked really hard on their parts, songs, and dances. It was a great honor to have so many parents in the audience to help us celebrate.
Thank you to those that participated in the UIL competition last Saturday. Our kids did a great job, and thank you for getting them there.
From the Nurse
Attention 5th grade Parents... on Friday March 9th I will be presenting the Always Changing Puberty Education Program to the 5th grade students. Permission slips were sent home, please be sure to complete and return the form so your child is able to participate in this informative lesson.
Thank you for your support! If you have any questions please contact the School Nurse at (972) 293-2825
Parents, it is important to be involved and active in what your children are doing. Some helpful tips for involvement are:
- Know where your children are and what they are doing.
- Learn about their friends and their friend’s parents.
- Find ways to be active in their homework, study skills, and extracurricular activities.
