A Note from Dr. Peterson
Hello Avery Families!
Thank you all so much for your strong partnership this week - we are so fortunate to work alongside of an amazing community in support of our students. It is always so great walking the hallways during conferences and hearing the connections being created and strengthened.
We have a fun two days this week prior to heading off into Thanksgiving Break. This week has a long history among Webster and Kirkwood communities. Many of you know, my family lives in Kirkwood. So, my kids attend Kirkwood schools. We have some fun banters that occur heading into this week!
On Monday, November 20th - please have students wear the tacky colors of Kirkwood (red & white)
On Tuesday, November 21st - please have students wear the amazing colors of Webster (orange & black)
On Tuesday, we will have our November Town Hall Meeting which will be a school wide pep rally! WGHS football players, cheerleaders, dancers, and members of the band will be visiting Avery - we are so excited!
See below for upcoming information pertaining to this fun week ahead.
