The Center for Intercultural Life and CIL Peer Educator staff will be a hosting an afternoon/evening event catering to the experiences of students of color and the identity questions/issues that arise between and within racial/ethnic communities.
The event will start with a screening of the "Not Black Enough documentary in the Trustees Room (Alumni Hall) at 2:00 p.m. on April 27th. Discussions will start around 3:15, followed by dinner at 5:30 p.m.. Following the screening, students will divide into self-identifying caucus groups of various racial and ethnic identities which will serve to discuss the reactions to the film and further questions. Following discussion within the caucus groups, the CIL with host a community dinner for all participants.
