Hello Sachems! Welcome Back!
Hello Sachems! I hope you had a great weekend! I hope the start of the new semester has gone well for each of you. The start of the new semester brings so much promise. It allows each of you to make the important changes in your daily lives to help maximize your potential to meet with success in all facets of your life. I know you can do it! We have two very important weeks before our Winter Break and I want the beginning of our new semester to StartSTRONG!
Winter Ball is this Saturday night and I am very much looking forward to celebrating Sachem Pride with each of you! I wish you the best for a great week ahead.

A special note of thanks and appreciation...
- Thank you to all members of the Student Council for celebrating our Unified Bocce Team at the MASC Dance, Dance Inclusion Revolution Event at the Special Olympics Headquarters in Marlborough on Saturday. It was such a great time!
- Congratulations and thank you to Kara McManus and Jade Almovodar for their leadership and commitment to bring the 2019 - 2020 MASC Excellence Award Submission to completion. The story of our Student Council is awesome because of you both. Thank you!
- Congratulations to Declan Hastings for being named the South Shore League Champion for Diving. Well done! Also, congratulations to Nicki Hart for breaking school records for Diving. Sectionals and States...here we come!
- Congratulations to Harmony Rivers for being accepted into the All State Music Festival. This honor means that Harmony is one of the top vocal students in Massachusetts.
- Congratulations to the Boys Basketbal Team for an outstanding week of home games. We are beyond proud of you!
- A HUGE SHOUT-OUT to all of our students who will participate in the Biology MCAS tests this week! I hope you feel confident in your ability to be successful on this exam! We believe in you!
Character Strong - Advisory - Monday, February 3, 2020
Character Strong Advisory is back! Our next Advisory will take place on Monday, February 3, 2020. We will follow our Advisory Schedule. The focus of the Advisory for this week will kick off our theme for the month of RESPECT. Our lesson on Monday it titled, "Real Life Honesty". Get ready for some great work with your Advisor!

- Attention all members of the Student Council! Help is needed this week as we prepare for the Winter Ball on Saturday night. Please stop by the Student Council Office this week after school to help with the decorations and planning.
- Also, we will need help on Saturday morning to decorate for the dance. Please see Shannon Hurley or Abby McCarty with any questions. Get ready for a great night.

Morning Drop-Off Reminders!
Please be reminded of the morning drop-off procedures as shared in early November. Only School Buses are to drop-off in front of the main entrance of the high school. All students and parent/guardians dropping off are to unload around the building by the Cafeteria and East Bus Lobby Entrance. No cars (unless approved by Administration) are to drop-off at the main entrance between 6:35 and 7:20am.
Also, all students are reminded NEVER to pass a school bus, or mini-school bus when their lights are flashing.
