Simply Yoga contains level one, two and advanced with 20, 40 and 60 minute yoga routines with step-by-step instructions for each pose. Poses are done by professional instructors, and are easy to follow along. You can even chose to listen to relaxing wave sounds. At the end of the routine it tells you how many calories you burn for your Workout, Today and Week.

This app is a great way to get in a few minutes of stress relief and physical exercise everyday, in the comfort of your own home.

Would I Recommend?

Yes, I think this app is great for all ages, (if you can follow directions, or read.) so anyone can use it. You can do it anywhere, so you don't need to go to a gym/studio and pay outrageous prices. Also, you can do it alone, or with a friend. All you need is a phone/mobile device.
