SOAR Winners!

We are so proud of October's SOAR winners! The theme for October was accountability.

These students are consistently showing how they are safe, organized, accountable and respectful! We are now honoring two students from each class.

6th Grade Writing Celebration!

Our 6th grade students are excited about the completion of their i-Search writing projects. They spent many weeks working and researching in their content area.

They shared their writing pieces and enjoyed an ice cream sundae to celebrate their hard work!

Kindergarten Students Learn about Shapes

Mrs. Telegadas' class learned the attributes of 2-D shapes through a variety of hands-on activities this week. The kindergarten kids drew 2-D shapes, created shapes on their i-pad, and were able to give clues about shapes using the Headbanz Game!

Mystery Word!

Each week our 5th graders try to solve the Mystery Word of the Week. They are given one clue each day, Monday through Thursday. The clues vary from what the word means, to synonyms and antonyms for the word, as well as using the word in a sentence. On Friday, they submit their guess for what the mystery word is and if they are correct, they receive a small prize. Our students have so much fun solving the Mystery Word of the Week and building their vocabulary skills while doing so!

Fun with Sensory Bins

Mrs. Laidlaw's Young 5 students start their day with sensory fun! Sensory play stimulates our children’s senses, builds cognitive skills and influences how your child learns about their world.

Winter Music Concert

The 4th, 5th and 6th grade students of Eisenhower Elementary will be having a vocal music winter program on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 7:00 pm in the Fraser High School Auditorium (Fraser Performing Arts Center).

On the evening of the program, students should be dressed in their best holiday attire, as this is a very special occasion. The fancier, the better! Students should arrive and assemble in the FHS choir room between 6:30- 6:45pm. It is not necessary to arrive earlier that 6:30pm as the doors to the auditorium and choir room do not open until that time.

We are so excited for this evening!

Requests to Transition between Virtual & Face to Face Learning

Now through December 6, families can request a change in the learning mode for their student(s) for the second semester of the 2022-2023 school year. Students who are currently enrolled in-person can switch to virtual, and students who are enrolled in virtual can switch to in-person. If you do not wish to switch your child’s learning mode, no action is necessary.

Submitting the form linked below not guarantee a request will be granted. Requests will be reviewed by building and district leadership and the parent/guardian will be notified. If approved, the change will be effective for the second semester (January 3, 2022 - June 9, 2023). Once a request has been approved, it will be for the duration of the second semester. Please carefully consider this semester-long commitment before submitting this application, as requests to change throughout the second semester will not be granted.

If you are interested in changing your child’s learning mode for the second semester, please fill out the form below.

You will be notified if your request is approved.
