COOLIDGE ELEMENTARY STUDENT BELONGINGS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
PROCESS FOR FAMILIES
We would like to give families an opportunity to pick up personal items from your child’s schools. We have established the following schedule and protocols for our families to pick up their child’s personal items while maintaining social distancing and safe procedures.
This will be a curbside pick up for families. Parents/students WILL NOT need to get out of their vehicles.
At this pickup, there WILL NOT be an opportunity to enter the building for our families.
Library Books/Browsing Books/Textbooks
If you have a school library or classroom browsing books or textbooks at home please return at this time. A bin will be available to collect your library books at curbside dropoff.
Medications
If your student still has medication at their school, notify the main office and we will make arrangements to have the medication delivered to your vehicle during curbside pick-up. Mrs. Rand will have the 20/21 medication paperwork ready for you to pick up also.
Chromebooks
At this time Chromebooks will not be collected. Lessons continue until mid-June and there has yet to be a process determined for collection of Chromebooks. Students can keep Chromebooks over the summer. Guidance will be given in the Fall about Chromebooks. Students can use the Chromebooks over the summer to potentially engage in some of the learning sites that have been shared with them.
