The section of the play that will be acted out is important because it is the part of the scene where Prospero reveals the family to family secret to his daughter, Miranda.

Miranda tells her father Prospero to put an end to the storm. it hurts her to hear good people dying from the ship wreck. she explains the darkness of the sky and dramatically says how it looks like fire if the sea wasn't rising to put the fire out. Miranda is scared and suffers from this experience.

Prospero tells Miranda that there is no harm and what everything he does it is for her own good. Prospero tells his daughter Miranda she doesn't know who she is or who he is, or where he is from. Prospero is coming out with the truth of Miranda and who she really is.

Prospero tells Miranda that her mother was really brutal and told Prospero that Miranda is her daughter and her father is duke of Milan and she was their princess since twelve years ago Miranda's father was a powerful prince .

Prospero speaks to Miranda about how his brother Antonio betrayed him and now became his arch-enemy , he suffered from his untrustworthy brother and would cry from when the people of Milan tossed him and his daughter in the sea. Miranda was the one who kept Prospero going from anything that would come to them.
