During this time, we have come to understand the real impact of the saying " It Takes A Village to Raise A Child" and put it into action. We need each other like never before, and the design of our Parent Newsletter is jam-packed with information and resources for our families. The PS 6 B.E.S.T. Family, working together to ensure that our students, families, and staff are working to keep our learning environments sound but, most importantly, that we are all healthy and safe.

COVID-19 VACCINE

Information will be sent home with all students regarding the COVID-19 Vaccination. Please ensure you receive the papers and review. There are forms to fill out and return to school should you want to consent for your child to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine here in the Kaleida Health School Based Clinic here at School 6.

Parent Engagement

We are looking for parent partners to represent our school at various district and community events during the 2021-2022 School Year. The Buffalo Public Schools’ Parent Engagement Liaison (PEL) Program provides opportunities to utilize the unique assets of parent leaders. The PEL program seeks to enhance the engagement of parents and caregivers to support the success of children. This is a paid position available for qualified parents.
