Jean Piaget
He was born August 9, 1896. He died September 16, 1980. He was 84 Years old when he died. He was born in Switzerland. He recieved his Ph. D. in Zoology in 1918. He identified himself as a genetic epistemologist. He came up with the idea that children go through four stages of learning called 'The Conversion Theory.' The four different stages are the sensorimotor stage, the preoperational stage, the concrete operational stage and the formal operation stage.
