Dear Wolfpack Community--

This week is Fall Break from Nov. 23-27, but our readathon travel adventure continues into Week 2! So far we've raised $3,155! This break is a fantastic time to sneak in some extra fitness activities AND reach out to family and friends to donate (especially during those Thanksgiving zoom sessions)! Remember to REGISTER using School Identifier 5e45a9c228e72 and share your student's fundraising page from NOW to December 4th! (For teacher, enter your student's PE teacher's last name!)

Team Leaders: Gavia's class has raised the most so far with $960 but Tijerina's class has the highest participation with 14,554 fitness minutes!!! Way to go!! Be sure to log weekly fitness minutes each Friday by 5 PM to help your PE team get ahead!

Planning some shopping this Black Friday or CyberMonday? If you'll be visiting Amazon be sure to use your Reed link so a portion of your purchase will go back to Reed PTSA. And if you have not already done so, Giving Tuesday on December 1st is a great opportunity to help support the Friends of Reed Annual Pledge Drive!

THANK YOU RUSTIC SPOON -- Reed's first schoolwide restaurant night raised $1,100 for Reed! Thanks to event chair Marion Koster, all the Reed families who supported the event, and to Rustic Spoon for their generous donation!

Please be sure to complete the LAUSD Parent experience Survey! It takes 2 minutes and it's a great way to help the school! Plus, email a screenshot of your completed survey to Myriam Archiega at with your student’s name for a chance to win a fabulous prize!

Families should also complete the Return to School Survey by December 6th to let the district now which program option your family would prefer when it is ultimately deemed safe to return to campus. When you select your child's grade, the program selection option will appear. Families that do not complete the form will be automatically enrolled in hybrid program. The form contains additional details and resources to address parent questions and concerns. In the meantime, families are encouraged to schedule their COVID testing at
