The more people who travel with us, the more joyful the celebration! No matter your age, uncover your inner dancing queen at Mamma Mia! The fun starts when Donna’s best friends reunite for the wedding. Unbeknownst to Donna, however, Sophie has also invited Donna’s old flames in an attempt to discover her father’s identity! MANDATORY LANYARDS & DRESS CODE EXPECTATIONS!
- Lanyards/ID's are now mandatory to be worn from 8:15-3:30 every day. If your child does not have an ID (visible on the top half of their body) they will not be allowed to use their personal technology device at all during the day or leave the classroom for any reason (unless it is an emergency) If they refuse to adhere to the expectation then non-compliance consequences will be issued through a referral. Consequences include, devices being collected and brought to supervising administrator, lunch detention, and ISS if this is repetitive. This policy is a safety protocol that has been in place since the second week of school, so they have had plenty of time to adjust. They are reminded daily on announcements by me personally. If your child needs a new ID they can purchase one in the library for $5 from 7:45-8:10 am and during lunches (with approval and a pass from an administrator in the cafe). Help us by having them take it out and show you. I will say about half of our campus is wearing theirs, so I appreciate them helping us out by demonstrating responsibility and showing respectfulness by following the rule. Of the remaining half, 90% of them have it with them in their backpack, they just need to wear it. This is easy, we just need a little push on the home front if you would be so kind and help us make this expectation a habit.
- Dress Code Expectations are in effect (this has been much better, but we are still monitoring it closely). Any student that is out of dress code will be sent to their administrator to change. If they refuse, they will be issued ISS for the day.
