There are several leadership positions open for 2023-2024 including the Treasurer and Vice President. We will be doing nominations for these positions at our April 2023 meeting on Tuesday, April 11. We will vote for new officers at our May meeting. Get engaged - we would love to have new faces at our upcoming meetings!

Afterschool Recs are complete and were a success! The students had a great time and created amazing Spring-themed crafts to be dropped off at the Peter Becker Community. Please say a word of appreciation to your students for their kind gesture to the residents of Peter Becker. And, a big thank you to all of our parent volunteers, Mrs. Clemens, and Mr. Kelly! We couldn’t have done this without you!!

The Spring Spirit Wear Sale has begun! The sale is open through this Friday, March 3. Use this link to decide what you would like to buy to show your Oak Ridge spirit!

The Oak Ridge Jump Rope Club runs on Fridays from 11 AM to 1 PM, weather permitting. Are you interested in helping one (or more) Friday? Check out the Oak Ridge Elementary Home & School Association group on Facebook and sign up or go to this signup genius link!

Calling all 3rd-5th graders for our 8-week spring workshop! O.W.L.S. (Owls Who Love Speed) will meet for 45 minutes after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Adult volunteers are needed to assist. Please contact Michele at michele.haytko@gmail.com if interested.

Please join us on Friday, March 17, for the annual Lip Sync at 7 PM in the Souderton Area High School Auditorium. Even if your student is not in the show, it is a fun event to be a spectator and to support friends in the show! We are collecting donations for A Mother's Wish Foundation that evening, as the event itself is free.

We are also in need of a few volunteers to work the stand. If you are willing to donate items or can work the concession stand for a short shift that evening, please sign up via this SignUpGenius link. Items can be dropped off on Thursday, March 16th or Friday, March 17th before 3:30 on the tables in the Oak Ridge lobby. Thank you for your support!

We are also selling bouquets of flowers that you can purchase for your performer. All bouquets need to be pre-ordered and paid for in advance. They will be available for pick up at the concession stand the night of the Lip Sync. Two different options are available: a small or large bouquet. Both bouquets will include baby’s breath, greens, cello wrap and a bow. The small bouquet will include a minimum of 4 stems of flowers, while the large will include a minimum of 8 stems. The cost for the small bouquet is $8 and the large is $15. Please use the QR code below to pay via Venmo. You can also pay via Paypal at oakridgehomeandschool@gmail.com.
