What Should I Include in My Notes?
It is important to not write down everything in your notes, but to focus on the most important information. Some examples of things to include in your notes are:

- Important rules or formulas
- Names and dates
It can also be helpful to read one paragraph at a time and write down one or two of the most important things from that paragraph.
