February is Data Review Month. This means that we take a look at all students' grades, diagnostic scores, and monitoring reports to make sure that we are doing everything we can for each one of them. (We do this twice each year.) You may get a permission slip home to allow tutoring or to allow us to screen for speech or processing problems. Please be watching this week for those notes. If you have concerns about your child, please reach out to us.

We also have a lot of fun planned this month! Students can wear red/pink Alternate Dress on Valentines Day (2/14) for $2. Proceeds will benefit the American Heart Association. Our Krewe of Kindergarten will be parading around JPE for our next Jag Fest on 2/18. We are asking anyone with extra beads or throws to please send them to school. We will also be celebrating "2 Legit 2 Quit" on "Twosday, 2/22/22"! This is a unique day, and we will celebrate with a 90's dress up theme. We are so proud of the perseverance of our students and staff through another difficult year!

Our School App can be downloaded in the App Store, and will go "live" on 2/14! We are very excited to have another way to keep you informed about the great things happening at school!

3/11 - Spring pictures (proofs will come home)
