First Nine-Weeks Report Cards

Report cards are live and available in HAC at 4:00 p.m. today, October 23. Check your child's progress from the 1st nine-weeks. As a reminder, we are on nine-weeks now so students only have four grading periods during the school year.

As a reminder, as you are checking grades, make sure you also check attendance. Students can only have 8 absences to receive credit for the semester. If they are over in absences, they have to make up time to get the absence to a total of 8 in each class.

For references, here are the attendance codes:

RA: Remote Asynchronous

P: Present (in person)

A: Absent

Virtual Learning Reminders

Along with the reminders below, if your child is virtual learning, he/she should be engaged in learning from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Teachers offer live instruction at the start of every class period to help support students in their learning. It is a mandatory expectation that students are present during the time. While there is more flexibility learning from home, the academic expectation is as rigorous as it is in the building.

If your child is struggling with virtual learning and you want to be placed on a waiting list to return to campus on the hybrid schedule, please contact your counselor. The counseling office phone number is 397-7132
