On Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 9:00 am we are launching our NEW CCA WEBSITE.

Blackboard our current website platform was sold and we were given the opportunity to move to a new platform, Finalsite for our website. Moving to a new platform has allowed us to have a well designed and functional site for our parents and community. Our new site is fully ADA compliant. Our new site is also accessible on all mobile platforms. As our new site launches, take a ride through our website and explore the updated pages! We think you will love the additions that we have designed and still find the familiarity of our CCA website that you have always valued.

Earn volunteer hours by providing snacks to the CCA staff every Monday. Store bought items equal one volunteer hour, and homemade items count as 2 volunteer hours. Sign up one week before you will bring snacks. We love taking care of our teachers and staff!

We are excited to announce Cherry Creek Academy’s first-ever Spirit Shop. The community has asked for a place to purchase CCA gear, and now it’s here. Show your school spirit by wearing these items at CCA community events, Athletic events, and on the weekends. These items can only be worn to school on Free Dress Days because we are an exclusive Dennis Uniforms school. Our Online Spirit Shop is now open starting today, Monday, September 4, 2023, and will be open until Thursday, September 14, 2023. Once all orders have been placed, we will receive all orders here at CCA in about three weeks. Once the orders arrive, we will distribute them to students to bring home. *When you place your order if you do not want numbers or names leave those boxes blank to omit them.

Attention all CCA Middle School students: Peer Helpers will begin meeting on Monday, September 11, 2023 at 7:20am in Mrs. MacFarland's room. Any middle school students who are interested in participating in our Peer Helper program should plan on attending this meeting. Peer Helpers are a group of Middle School students who are trained in leadership skills in order to help their fellow CCA community. Please email Mrs. Velasquez KVelasquez@cherrycreekacademy.org with any questions. We hope to see you there!

The PTO invites families of K-4 students to join us for a Movie Night on the CCA field! Bring your blankets! CCA will be selling concessions and pizza (cash only).

Please note this a family event - not a student drop off event. In case of inclement weather, we will move the event to the gym.

Thank you for your continued patience as we work through our backlog of back-to-school uniform orders for your families. We are sorry for any additional work or inconvenience these delays have caused you. In an effort to provide better customer service to your families, we have taken the following steps:

• Hired additional customer service representatives to staff our Customer Care Center and extended our hours to respond to calls and emails.
• Added extra staff to those stores that require extra help to process orders during this busy season.
• We will be emailing customers with open orders this week to inform them that estimated shipping dates are now available and shown online in their DENNIS Customer Accounts. Those currently without a DENNIS account can register with the email address associated with their order to see their purchase history and current status.

Our goal is to provide the best information we can at this time and update it regularly so customers have a better sense of when their orders will arrive.

We are committed to improving your school families' experience.
