September 2020

Dear Foothills Families,

We have had an amazing start to our school year! Thank you all for trusting us with your children's education and safety. We take this job very seriously and appreciate the opportunity to work with your students. Your students are amazing and have adapted well to the changes we have made due to COVID-19. We can do hard things!!

Big picture

Journey to Excellence

Our school theme this year is "Journey to Excellence." Mrs. Stoddard has been able to visit with each class and introduce our theme and school rules. When we think about a journey we know it can be an adventure, a quest, a new experience, and when we think of our favorite journeys they include our families and friends. There can be lots of fun things that happen on a journey and some challenges and unexpected turns. The students talked about having an attitude of excellence and trying their best. So our Journey to Excellence this year will be an adventure, an experience where we have a positive, hard working, excellent attitude. Our journey to excellence will involve our friends, our teachers and staff, and families. This school year will be a journey like no other and our falcons are ready to soar high and enjoy the journey!
