It's time for our Spring Enrichment Program to begin!! Space is limited and fills on a first-come, first-saved basis, so register online today! REGISTER ONLINE AT:

Spring session offerings include: Bricks 4 KidZ Wheels in Motion (Gr. K-2), Bricks 4 KidZ Jr. Robotics (Gr. 3-5), BC Runners (Gr. 2-5), Firefly Tennis (Gr. 1-5) and STEM Club (Gr. 4-5). Programs start in April and are held after dismissal at the BC Main Campus. Parents are responsible for transportation home.
FUNDRAISER FOR LEUKEMIA & LYMPHOMA SOCIETY
BC is fundraising for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Pennies for Patients to support beating blood cancer! During this month, students will also participate in a special Ninja Warrior Gym experience in Physical Education class and exercise to take down cancer! Read the HERO FUNDRAISER INFORMATION FLYER for details on how you can support this cause. See page 2 of the flyer for directions on how to set up your child's fundraising webpage. Students who raise funds on their online fundraising page can earn Prizes/Hero Gear! Fundraising concludes on March 20th.
PTO PAJAMA PARTY WED. MARCH 18TH & EVENING BOOK FAIR
Join us on Wednesday, March 18th, from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Brooks Crossing Main Campus for our fun, family-friendly Pajama Party! Bring the whole family in their pajamas and enjoy stories being read by some of our Brooks Crossing staff, as they read some of their favorite books!
This is a FREE event, but light snacks will be available for purchase.

Click here for a list of items requested that will help replenish much needed items in our local food pantries and soup kitchens. Donations accepted Monday, March 16 through Friday, March 27th. Collection bins will be at both campuses. NO GLASS items. This food drive is sponsored by our Brooks Crossing Student Congress!
Kindergarten Registration for 2020-2021
WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING REGISTRATIONS FOR KINDERGARTEN FOR THE 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR! Students currently attending one of our district preschool programs do not need to re-register. Appointments can be made through our district website.
Do not delay and please inform your neighbors and friends! Students who are registered will be invited to our Kindergarten Orientation Program held in the Spring.
Go to https://www.sbschools.org/central_registration to pre-register and schedule an appointment.
Children must attain 5 years of age on or before October 31, 2020 to be eligible to enroll in kindergarten for the 2020-2021 school year. Entrance Age Policy is strictly enforced.

Reporting Daily and Extended Absences in Genesis
When possible, parents should use the Genesis Parent Portal at https://parents.sbschools.org as a convenient way to report their child's absence. Daily absences should be entered preferably by 8:00am. Upcoming planned absences should be entered in the Genesis Parent Portal at https://parents.sbschools.org as soon as possible. Parents should always keep their child's teacher informed of extended absences that could impact their learning. Please speak with your child's teacher in advance of any planned extended absence.
