Important Nurse News
Parents must pick up all medications before the last day of school. If you absolutely cannot come to the school campus to pick them up, please call 469-752-7009 to arrange a time to pick up your child’s medication. Unused medication will not be sent home with a student and will be destroyed.
Thank you to those 6th grade parents that submitted their student’s state required immunization information. This will enable you to print your student’s schedule at registration time.
If updated records have not been submitted, please do so by May 20th. For those students receiving their immunizations after May 20th, you may submit them via email or FAX even though the clinic is closed for the summer.
ALL CURRENT 6th GRADE STUDENTS MUST HAVE THESE IMUNIZATIONS PRIOR TO 7th GRADE. SCHEDULES CANNOT BE PRINTED UNTIL THESE ARE DONE AND THE SCHOOL RECORD IS UPDATED.
It has been a pleasure to provide health care to your child this school year. I hope your summer if safe and healthy.
