Holiday Traditions at FSMA
At this time of year, the word traditions comes up a lot. At FSMA, we are busy learning about each other's traditions and creating some of our own. We appreciate the many families who came in to share about the holidays they celebrate and loved seeing how teachers brought integrated learning about different cultures into the classrooms. From our youngest students learning how to wrap a present to our oldest students baking pizzelles, there were many fun practical life activities happening all over.
On Monday, we are looking forward to starting another FSMA tradition.... Pajama Day. Please remember to come in appropriate pajamas (the children will still be going outside for recess) and to wear shoes (not slippers). Children may also bring a small stuffed animal that will fit into their backpack.
And, a final wish for a safe and happy holiday break. We are looking forward to 2015... and can't wait to see FSMA grow in the new year.
