From the Principal
- Thank you to everybody for an AMAZING fall fest! It was so much fun and I really appreciate all of the planning and volunteer work that comes with the event.
- Thank you to everybody that was able to come to our parade and fall classroom parties on Tuesday. It is always a great day when we can have parents and guardians in and around the building.
- Trimester one ends on Friday, November 10th.
- Report cards will be available via the home access center on Tuesday, November 21st @ 8:00 am.
- Shout out to our LRC team for an amazing book fair!
- I want to thank Mrs. Renaldi for her support as our speech maternity leave substitute. Mrs. Snodgress will return on Monday, November 6th.
- Chess club is full! Thank you to everybody for their interest.
- Thank you to our PTO, as our 1st grade students got to enjoy a pizza party today for donating the most money for our Mun Run fundraiser.
- Please make sure students are prepared and dressed for the cold weather.

Student Council
- Munhall Student Council raised $539.81 for Make-A-Wish, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Special Olympics Illinois at our Cake Walk last Friday night. Thanks to all who purchased a ticket! A special shout-out to our MSC parent volunteers who helped set up, worked during the event and supported with clean-up.
- Extra special thanks to our PTO Baking Committee that provided all of the delicious prizes for the Cake Walk!
- Our 5th Grade Corral Crew Student Leaders surprised Munhall students on Tuesday by decorating the lunchroom for Halloween. Thank you, CC Student Leaders!

Adilynn Aguirre in 1-Wallen. Adilynn has helped her peers smile when having a bad day. She has helped a teacher with sharpening pencils and she has just gone above and beyond demonstrating the mustang way!!!

Phones/Smart Watches
From 22-23 Elementary Handbook: Students are extended the privilege of possessing phones/ smartwatches on school grounds; however, their use is limited to after-school dismissal and non-school days. These devices must be in the off position, or not used once the student arrives on campus until the end of the school day.
