Surveys To Complete for SWPBIS (School Wide Positive Behavior Intervention System) & SIP Goal 3
PBIS Assessment is a web-based application designed to assist in high-fidelity, sustained implementation of school-wide positive behavioral interventions and supports (SWPBIS). A major feature of SWPBIS is the commitment to ongoing assessment of implementation. PBIS Assessment provides surveys for teams to take as they examine their level of SWPBIS adoption and guides them through the process for improving implementation to benefit students, families, and the overall school culture.
Please complete each of the two surveys independently, following the links provided:
The School Safety Survey (SSS) is a multiple-response survey taken staff to help teams determine risk and protective factors for the school. The SSS summary identifies what training and support may be needed related to school safety and violence prevention in the school.
This is the link for the Safety Survey:
The Self-Assessment Survey (SAS) is an annual, multiple-response survey to help teams identify the staff perception of implementation status and improvement priority for school-wide, classroom, non-classroom, and individual student systems.

DiLE Rubric Walkthroughs Begin December 1, 2015
As you may remember, our district designed the DiLE Rubric last year to asses the use of technology in classrooms. Please take some time to review this rubric and let a member of the Principal Team know if you have any questions. To date, everyone, except for three of you, has had a walkthrough with the Danielson Framework. Starting on December 1 and through the end of the second marking period, our walkthrough focus will be placed on the DiLE Rubric.
You can review the DiLE Rubric by going to this website: https://docs.google.com/a/pgsd.org/forms/d/11x0t0XHE386F1Bt8Odm8Dr2Hc77zpXhIxUIhsg4z7G0/viewform
Please don’t hesitate to contact a member of the Principal Team if you have any questions.
