Indiantown High School still has room for students entering grade 9. If you know anyone looking for a small school environment with a heavy emphasis on workforce and trades training, have them apply before June 30! The school is open to all of the IRSC service area. First seats will be given to Martin County residents, but neighboring county students can attend if seats are available and as of today, they are :) https://indiantownhs.irsc.edu/
Ms. Jones returns in July, but be patient as she has MANY appointments already scheduled for her time back.
Keep sending in your good news as it happens over the summer. We love to know what great things our students are up to out there! Email pictures and news to ljudd@irsc.edu
The Niche website ranks schools based on student, parent, and recent alumni input. They are hosting a sweepstakes through June 30 when you offer feedback that will be posted on their website and available when someone searches for Clark. https://www.niche.com/k12/school-survey-sweepstakes/

School Lunch changes for 22-23
A federal program that has provided children with free meals throughout the pandemic has expired. As a result of this expiration, the Martin County School District will resume its pre-pandemic operations for school meals in August 2022:
Breakfast and lunch will still be available to all students; however, they will no longer be free to all students. Parents/guardians of Clark students will need to complete a Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application to qualify for free or reduced-price meals. Students who do not qualify for free or reduced-priced meals will pay for school meals according to the following schedule:
Lunch- $2.10 or reduced price $.40
**BONUS** The Martin County School District will pay for all students to eat free the first 3 days of school (August 10-12). Please complete a free/reduced-price meal application for your family if you believe your child(ren) is/are eligible for free or reduced-price meals. The application will be available in mid-July.
Staff changes for 22-23
Dr. Judd will wrap up her role as the Interim Principal/ Executive Director for the new Indiantown High School at the end of June and help transition the new Principal, Mr. Anthony Boyer, as he takes the lead in growing that school into a high performing charter like us.
Mrs. Kohuth has been promoted to Dean of Charter Schools for IRSC and will oversee both Clark and IHS. She will still be using office space here at Clark, so don't fret! She will still be actively involved here.
Dr. Judd will move into the role of Clark Principal/Executive Director and attempt to fill those really big shoes! She is also on the hunt now for an amazing Assistant Director, so please spread the word and find a great Clark AP for us!
And last, but definitely not least, Mrs. Wood will be retiring July 5 and we will be welcoming a new Student Service Specialist, Tara Mazzouccolo, to take her place. She brings a wealth of experience in accounting and records management and lots of great energy, so look forward to meeting her when you return!
