RISE - Capgemini's Leadership Program
RISE is Capgemini’s leadership program aimed at giving rising seniors an in-depth look into the field of technology consulting. This is a high intensity, interactive, 3-day session (May 28 - 30, 2019) where students will be exposed to Capgemini resources and design centers.
Participants will be offered many opportunities to flex critical-thinking skills against real-life problems, gain a true understanding of how working in a global technology consulting firm can support their career path, and have the chance to meet like-minded students from across the country. Students will be grouped together and tasked with a “project” to solve which will result in a tangible product that they will then present to a panel of judges.
Successful completion of the program may result in a 2020 Staff Consultant full time offer with Capgemini.
