LEAD, LOVE, LEARN... BECOME MORE!
May 2016 Principal's Newsletter
John Weldon Families,
It's the end of the year and we are wrapping up here at John Weldon. We give you back your children, the same children you confidently entrusted to our care last fall. We give them back inches taller, months wiser, more responsible, and more mature than they were before.
Although they would have attained their growth in spite of us, it has been our pleasure and privilege to watch their personality unfold day by day and marvel at this splendid miracle of development.
We give them back reluctantly, for having spent nine months together, we have grown close.
Having children who have been through John Weldon or currently attend John Weldon I certainly have grown close to the children, I am fortunate enough to see many kids outside of school at local ballgames, movies and restaurants.
For our 5th graders who will be moving on to middle school we will always retain a little of each other, ten years from now we hope to see the great things you are doing and it will certainly bring a smile to our faces. We take great pride in knowing the many accomplishments our students achieve at the middle and high schools.
We wish each and every family a relaxing and safe summer and can't wait to see those smiling faces again in August. Please take this time to enjoy each other as family and friends. I know I will be sharpening my saw by traveling with family and making my way around this great nation coaching in many baseball tournaments.
Enjoy what's left in the 2015-16 School Year and see you in August.
A Big Wolves Welcome to Tegan Milford!
