They are running out of water.
Puerto Rico is in a drought and is forced to ration water.
Most people have water one day and are left without water for the following two days.
Food Sources
Puerto Rico imports about 85% of its food from 52 countries. Some imports come from as far away as Australia
Puerto Rico has reclaimed more than 30,000 acres of agricultural land and more than 1,700 new farms have begun operations.

The United States is trying to help Puerto Rico out of its debt.
