Exploratory Day
Key Concepts:
Anything worthwhile in life requires desire, time, and effort. There are no shortcuts to achieving success. You will get much further in life by working hard than by simply relying on your talents and abilities.
Lesson Objectives:
Students can explain the connection desire, time, and effort has with achievement.
Students can explain why desire increases after we start something and put in time and effort.
Students can explain why shortcuts are not a part of the puzzle, and that the only way to push through a challenge is through hard work.
READ-A-THON Results
As a school we were able to raise $5024 of our $10,000 goal.
Thank you to everyone who donated and encouraged the students to keep reading.
