Here are a few updates for the upcoming weeks and months. Plans are underway to re-schedule the SweetHeart Dance as well as the Winter Concert, so please stay tuned for both.

General Expectations
- Timeliness - As a courtesy to our Specialists and Instructional Assistants, please be on time to pick up your students from specials and lunch.
- You have mail - Have you read your emails lately? If not, please do so. It is your responsibility to read and stay abreast of what is going on in school. Per school policy, you have 24 hours to respond to all emails.
- Reporting for Duty - Everyone should be on time and in place for AM/PM duties before the duty begins.
Progress Monitoring Updates & Expectations
Istation
Grades K - 3 will need to have their students on for an additional data point for the month of February.Progress Monitoring
Mrs. Wohlslaeger will be responsible for the progress monitoring for Grades K - 3 using paper, pencil mCLASS. Grades 4 - 5 will continue to progress monitor using mCLASS in classrooms.
NKT Window
The NKT window closes on February 11th. The window has been extended due to inclement weather.
Mrs. Wolhslaeger plans to share additional information pertaining to classroom interventions and requirements.
Testing
Your Opinion Matters.....
- Starting on February 12th, Mrs. Hoke will have open office hours every Wednesday. Feel free to drop by to chat, share concerns or just to say hi. If I'm not in just ask the receptionist to text me.
Master Scheduler's
- Calling all creative people. If you like scheduling and you're interested in taking a stab at creating a version of our Master Schedule for next year then please let me know. I'm most interested in having a schedule that allows for an extended PLT time during the week. All ideas are welcome for review. The deadline for submitting a schedule is February 28th.
Good Ideas
- I'm looking for School Improvement ideas and solutions. If you have an idea that you wish to share, I'm open to hearing about it.
Deadlines and Upcoming Dates...
Instruction and Curriculum Spending for 2019 - 2020
- Grade Level Spending due by March 31 (Each grade level has $300. You will need to purchase the items and submit a form to the PTA for reimbursement.)
Instruction and Curriculum Wish List Items for 2020 - 2021
- Grade Level Wish Lists for 2020 - 2021 Due by March 31 (This list should include any anticipated curriculum and instructional needs for next school year. Please note, that we have very strict guidelines as to how we are allowed to use school funds. Items that are not considered as curriculum and instruction will not be approved.) Send to Hoke & Valvano for Approval.
Classroom Rosters are due by April 30
Evaluations for Year-End
- Certified Evaluations due by March 31
- Non-Certified Evaluations due by April 30
- End of Year PDP’s due by April 30
