Reflection
Reflection word(s) of the week: High Expectations
As I was walking the track on last Friday before attending the football game, I got to see our band students in a different light. I also got to see our band teacher in a different light. As he was pushing them to their potential, what he said stuck with me. He stated, "you can't be at this school and be slack." I would like to agree. I think if we all push students' expectations instead of stating what they can't do, we will see a whole different environment. I challenge you to raise the bar this week. Scaffold for the students that you feel that are in need of some help to raise the bar. Remember, nothing can stop us...We're...
#ALLthewayUP !
Glows:
1. Students are getting to class on time.
2. Referrals were low last week!
Grows:
1. Think of ways to intervene so that your super powers are not lost! Remember the 5 step process.
Thanks so much!
