Consider iDidaContest!
The Alaska Society for Technology in Education (ASTE) is proud to announce the 23rd annual IdidaContest!
Every year ASTE recognizes the best photos, movies, documentaries, podcasts, music, books, and things through its annual digital media contest. Students can submit entries today. Entries are due by January 31, 2022. Winners will be announced on February 19 at the 2023 ASTE "Education Rewired" conference.
Once again, ASTE has partnered with the Alaska Council for Social Studies to offer several Social Studies themed categories.
New this year, in conjunction with KPBSD Title VI, there will be an Indigenous Language iDidaMovie category. Indigenous Language movies must be more than fifty percent in an Alaskan native language and include English subtitles.
ASTE is delivering IdidaContest postcards electronically unless specifically requested. Attached you will find this year's flyer optimized for printing.
Also, ASTE is currently accepting session presentation proposals for the "Education Rewired" conference to be held at the Hotel Captain Cook on February 18-21, 2023. Submit your proposal today to be a part of Alaska's premiere educational technology conference.
