Open House Rescheduled
Due to last week's extreme weather we were unable to host our highly anticipated Open House! After working with other schools and considering possible conflicts for our Steeple Run families we have decided to reschedule Open House on Thursday, February 28th. While we recognize there are no perfect dates especially when adjustments have to be made mid-year we hope you are able to join us and celebrate the learning that has taken place in our classrooms and greater school community. Events like Open House demonstrate our continued partnership in ensuring the very best outcomes for our students, thank you in advance for your involvement!

PTC Wizard Conference Scheduling Open:
Spring 2019 Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, February 14 from 5 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. and on Friday, February 15 from 8 a.m. - noon.
PLEASE NOTE: Students in grades 1st through 5th should attend their spring conference with their parent(s) and teacher. Conferences in the spring are student led conferences with students talking about their learning. Kindergarten students should NOT attend.
To schedule conferences, Naperville 203 uses an online application called PTC Wizard. You may currently log on and begin scheduling. The process is not lengthy, and the PTC Wizard Parent Guide (PTC Wizard Guía para los Padres) will help you navigate the system. You will access the PTC Wizard website at: https://naperville203.ptcwizard.com/parent/ and login using your Infinite Campus portal username and password.
All parents/guardians should verify that they have access to Infinite Campus Portal as soon as possible. If there are difficulties, or if you need to retrieve your password, contact Parent Support at parentsupport@naperville203.org or 630-420-6825. Please allow several days to establish an account as District staff will need to mail you via U.S. Postal Service an access key and instructions on how to set up your Infinite Campus Portal account. To learn more about Infinite Campus, click here.
PTC Wizard will close for scheduling conferences on February 7th at 3:00 p.m.

If you have a child who will be five years old on or before September 1, 2019, please download the registration form from the link below, complete and return to the school office (as soon as possible) and we will add your child’s name to the mailing list for Kindergarten Preview. You will receive your invitation with more specific information after the New Year. Kindergarten Preview will be held on March 8, 2019. If you have a neighbor who has a child who will meet the kindergarten age parameters, please ask them to contact our office (630-420-6385) so they can be included in our Preview mailing. We appreciate your help in making these contacts.
