Fabulous Flipgrid
What is Flipgrid?
Teachers give students a topic to discuss or question to answer. Students then have the opportunity to record themselves explaining the topic or answering the question for the teacher.
Flipgrid is both Mac and PC friendly as well as mobile friendly. There's an app for that :)
How can it be applied to your classroom?

*Flipgrid is FREE for educators so make sure to use your district Gmail or Microsoft email address.
Once you have joined Flipgrid, you can add your first grid. Click the blue New Grid button. They can be for your students, your social network, or this class. You will want to select a community type. For our purposes today, I have chosen PLC & Public.
When I use Flipgrid with my students, I choose school email domain to protect my students' privacy. Name your grid and fill out all the important info. For a video walkthrough of the process, the video above (2:42-3:49) does a great job.
