Report Cards
Science: We are going to be planting this week along with lifecycle work.
Language Arts/Writing: We will continue working on writing our own poems and experimenting with the different styles.
Reading/Social Studies: This week we will discuss the choices people make when spending/saving money. We will examine earning money, creating budgets, and operating small/large businesses.
Math: We will discuss labor and earning and income. Also, we will look at spending money and how to make sure we have enough to pay for other needed items.
Reminders
We are starting our new financial literacy unit this week. Students will begin learning how to operate a small business. Students should begin thinking about what kind of business they might run. In the next few weeks we will have the opportunity for students to become business owners and sell to their peers. More info. to come!
