Millennials
How are they different?
The Two Types
There are millennials and the baby boomers.
Baby Boonmers
The baby boomers come from post world war 2 and tended to have tons of kids. They prefer old traditional ways when it comes to the work force. They stay loyal to their companies and tend to stay with them for many years. They dominate the workforce at the moment but are dying off little by little. They are not to big on technology in the work force.
Millennials (Gen Y)
This is the newer generation usually the young people. They love to use technology when at work. They also strive to make a change in society for the better rather than working just for money. They also tend to job hop a lot more than baby boomers do. The average amount of time a millennial stays at a job is around 3 years. This generation also tends to like to run everything through their schedule and not someone else's.
