Hazel Green High School Homecoming Court
Congratulations to these young women for being selected to represent their classes on our 2020 Hazel Green High School Homecoming Court! HGHS Homecoming is October 16, 2020.
*Ladies, please plan to attend a brief meeting in Mrs. Fitch’s room on Friday morning, September 25, from 8:10 to 8:25. You may attend in person or via a Google Meet. The invitation will be emailed to you.
Class Fee Waiver Form
Class fees for our traditional, face-to-face students are due by Friday, October 2, 2020. If you think you may qualify for a fee waiver, please complete the form below and turn it in to your teacher or to the office.

Free/Reduced Lunch Application
Apply for free/reduced lunch at the link below. While all students may eat school breakfast and lunch at no cost through December 31, 2020, we will need these applications on file for next semester.
*Remote students and their parents can find grades by logging into the INOW parent portal. If you are a parent/guardian and would like your login information for INOW, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

School Forms Due: This is a reminder about the forms that must be signed by all parents and students. The deadline to complete these forms is Friday, October 2.
***These are the same forms that have already been sent out. Please disregard this message if you have already submitted your forms.
Attached you will find a PDF attachment of the school documents that you should review with your child. Once you have reviewed these documents, please CLICK this link to complete a form for your student.
Once you submit this form, you will receive an email from "Formstack Sign" in which you will electronically sign acknowledgement of receipt of these documents.
If your student is in Grades 5-12, he/she will also receive copies of the documents for signature, so please be sure your child checks their email and signs acknowledging receipt of the documents.
Senior Portraits--Deadline October 9: Studio appointments with Lifetouch/Prestige are still available. Formal portraits must be taken by October 9th to ensure inclusion in the yearbook.
If you plan to take yours on campus, Lifetouch/Prestige will be on campus to take senior yearbook photographs on September 30. If you want proofs to be printed, the sitting fee will be $15.
PSAT/NMSQT for 10th & 11th Graders: The Preliminary SAT or PSAT/NMSQT will be given at Hazel Green High School on October 29, 2020, to 10th and 11th grade students who choose to take the test. This is an optional test that provides practice for the SAT and serves as the National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test for 11th grade students. The cost of the test is $20 and can be paid through MySchoolFees. Pay online and then sign up in the Guidance Office by October 21, 2020. - Seniors who have not had their senior portraits made can have these made on Wednesday, September 30.
- Make-up pictures for underclassmen will be taken on Wednesday, October 21.
- Remote/virtual students (only underclassmen) may have their school pictures taken on Wednesday, October 21, after school until 5 p.m.
The Trojan Trail: The Trojan Trail will close at 4 p.m. on nights that we host varsity football games.
Volleyball Gear: Trojan volleyball fans can now get their 2020 gear at Print Two Impress!

Online Application for Free/Reduced Meals: Online free and reduced meal applications are available at the link below for a faster, more confidential way to apply. A new application must be completed each school year to qualify for free or reduced meals. Your child's eligibility status carries over to the new school year for the first 30 school days, allowing parents time to re-apply. Only one application per household should be submitted, and everyone living in the house must be included on the application.
