Anthony Bourdain

Anthony Bourdain in the year 1978, graduated from the Culinary institute of America. When he worked at les Halles ( a French style restaurant ), he was well known for his Steak au poivre dish. He is also famous for the books he wrote, on being, “ kitchen confidentiality”. To this day Anthony is traveling the world experiencing others culture, and enjoying their different types of food.
