Back to School Expos
You do not want to miss the "2023-2024 Back to School Expo" series! The Epic Family Engagement Department is planning in-person “Back To School Expos” at locations throughout the state. We will have various Epic departments and club representatives on site to answer your questions, informative parent & caregiver breakout sessions, as well as engaging student sessions. We will have NEW and UPDATED information for Epic families. This event is for new and veteran families. Come and find out about new programs, initiatives, clubs and more that will be launched this year. Families will leave with tools and materials to empower them as the 2023-2024 school year begins. A few topics that we will cover: PowerSchool, Tips for Success, New to Epic Help, Grade Level Breakouts, and much, much more!

Students will participate in their own FUN & INTERACTIVE grade-level classes while parents/guardians are in their adult breakout sessions.
*Each attendee must register. The Scholastic Book Fair can only accept card payments. No cash.
**To get the most out of the expo, families should bring a laptop or iPad and have their students’ login information and parent PowerSchool login. Have your student's Epic id number ready for registration.

Native American Programs at the Family Expos
The Native American Programs department will be at the Family Expos hosting a cultural workshop at 11:00am, which includes a tear art activity, creating corn husk dolls, and an academic packet to take home for our Title VI students. Register below to join us!
College, Career and Language Expo
Please join us on Tuesday, October 3, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM for our College, Career and Language Expo. We aim to help create meaningful connections between our students and their tribal post-secondary education and language resources while fostering a stronger sense of cultural identity and educational empowerment.

Challenge Bowl Teams Needed
We are still in need of three middle schoolers, and three high schoolers to participate in the Challenge Bowl. Remember, this event will count as your cultural activity if you qualify for the Oklahoma Indian Honor Society.

As the 2023 - 2024 school year is starting, our department is working hard to develop a plan for our clubs and organizations. Please take a few minutes to fill out the interest forms for the clubs/organizations that pertain to you.
